Or putting something into a photo that wasn't there before

When I asked if there was anything you’d like me to talk about, the thing that came up was photomanipulation. I’ve done a few videos on how to merge two images together and how to change the colour in an image. Today I’ll add to that with how to make a ‘double exposure’ image. This is where, if you had a traditional camera, you’d have two photos of the same place with two different things in it and then merge them. One of things this is most useful for is if you’re making fantasy book covers.

In my example, I make a picture with a woman peering out of a well. Throw some glowy bits and a few more ferns around it and you could convert it into quite a nice fantasy/fae book cover image.
