It’s been a super exciting week for me. I had a blog post (about Canva Tips for Authors) on the Bookbub blog! I’ve been reading the Bookbub blog for years, so it’s was tremendously exciting for me to see my post up there. It was also interesting to see how the editing process worked for Bookbub articles.
Here’s the blog post, in case you wanted to take a look. https://insights.bookbub.com/ways-authors-use-canva-book-marketing/
Since most of you are writers, you might be interested in the book auction I’m part of. The auction is to raise money for the East Yorkshire Foodbank. The lots of offer include the chance to have your manuscript submission package reviewed by a writing tutor. This sort of feedback is invaluable if you’re a new writer who wants to be traditionally published.
I had a viewer question - Can Canva help me diagram plot points for my novel. The answer is yes, it can. So this week I’m doing a quick tour of what you can do with Canva Whiteboards and how I’ve been using it to help keep track of my timelines and how it links to Post-It plotting.
Here’s the video. Just hit the play button to view it on YouTube.
If you found this useful please let me know. Better still, tell all your friends!
I’ll see you next week with another video.
Have a lovely day.
