I was AWOL last week because I’d caught the dreadful cough and cold that is going around at the moment and I could barely speak. But I’m back now - I only had to stop the video once to get a coughing fit out of the way. In fairness to AI - I bet it never needs to stop and cough.
I’m slowly working out what I’m going to talk about over this new year. When I asked, most people wanted to see more about making book covers and about how to make/edit video in Canva. Which is of more interest to you? I’ve just worked out that I can do polls on Substack, so here’s a nice binary choice:
This week’s video is on how to crop photos or other images (like your book cover) into interesting shapes. I used it to make an image of a Christmas bauble with my book cover on it.
