Hello!
I have a question for you. Every week, when I make the video, I end up with a demo file. Would it be useful for you if I made the demo file available to you? You could tweak it to suit your book - saving you a whole load of time.
I would do this by setting up a YouTube Channel membership or a Substack paid tier or something - where I’d send out a message each week with a link to the demo file template. What do you think?
Back to wordsearches.
This week’s video is in response to a question from Brooke, who spotted a wordsearch amoung the social media posts I was scrolling past and asked how I made it. Excellent question. Here’s a tutorial on how to make one.
Wordsearch and other puzzles are a fun way to talk about your book without beating people over the head with it. Also, people stop to look at the puzzle, which means they interact with the post for longer and the algorithms like that.
Here’s the video (it’s quite a short one!). Just click on the play button to watch it on YouTube.
Do you have a writer friend? Tell them about this channel, so that they can learn how to advertise their book too!
Have fun designing. I’ll see you next week.
